The Cattaraugus County Health Department plans to conduct aerial spraying of the Southwestern portion of the County to reduce the population of mosquitoes that carry the Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE) virus.

Spraying will begin after 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 22st, weather permitting. It will take the contractor approximately 4 days to complete the entire spray area, weather permitting. Spraying will be completed in the evenings after 6 p.m.
