Often unreported, elder abuse takes forms such as physical violence, financial exploitation, neglect, and spiritual and emotional abuse. Join us in your community to learn how you can identify and fight elder abuse.

Family Day at the Museum will return to the Cattaraugus County Museum June 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The museum will be open for families to explore, and the ever-popular WNY Fiddle Kids will perform on the museum lawn at 1 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.

The Cattaraugus County's "Summer at the Stone House" event series conclude its 2024 schedule with a performance of Civil War music by musician and educator Allen Hopkins. This event will take place under an event tent on the museum's lawn. Some seating will be provided, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs if they wish. For those unable to attend in person, this event will be livestreamed on the museum's YouTube channel. This program is free and open to the public.

The Cattaraugus County's "Summer at the Stone House" event series continues its 2024 schedule with a presentation on how to utilize pre-cuts in quilting by quilt historian and educator Linda Hunter. This event will take place under an event tent on the museum's lawn. Some seating will be provided, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs if they wish.
