Transportation is critical to living in Cattaraugus County, allowing access to jobs, health care, education, and a range of other services. Transportation permits residents to live independently and participate in community activities.
The Community Transportation Coalition of Cattaraugus County, organized in 2008, includes County agencies, not-for-profits and other interested parties. This Coalition is in the process of updating its Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan to promote collaboration and coordination of transportation services.
Notice of Annual 30-Day Period to request inclusion of Agricultural Land within an existing Agricultural District in Cattaraugus County
Agriculture and Markets Law Section 303-b was enacted in 2003 to provide for the designation of an annual 30-day period during which landowners may submit requests for the inclusion of predominately viable agricultural land into an existing certified agricultural district. Cattaraugus County has designated January 2 through January 31, 2020 as this 30-day period.

The Cattaraugus County Department of the Aging’s Senior Wellness and Nutrition program is asking the Randolph community to donate an hour or two of their time to Share the Love and Nourish their Neighbors at a Blizzard Bag Packing Party.
