The reporting laboratory was Erie County Medical Center Clinical Laboratories, Buffalo, NY. The department's active positive COVID-19 caseload is now twenty three, as there are now one hundred and thirty-seven residents who have recovered from COVID-19.

Cattaraugus County Health Department was notified of ten additional residents with confirmed cases of COVID-19 within Cattaraugus County. The department's active positive COVID-19 caseload is now twenty-four as there are now one hundred and thirty-five residents who have recovered from COVID-19.
The Legislature of Cattaraugus County will meet in adjourned session at the County Center, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, New York, on Wednesday, August 26, 2020, for the transaction of such business as may properly come before the meeting.
