The Cattaraugus County Health Department will be hosting COVID-19 vaccination clinics at the Jamestown Community College Olean Campus beginning Wednesday April 7th, 2021 and ending on Thursday April 8th, 2021.

The vaccine being administered on Wednesday April 7th is Moderna and requires a second administration of vaccine within 28 days of the initial dose due on May 5th, 2021. Please do not register for a first dose of vaccine if you are unable to attend the scheduled second dose appointment.

The vaccine being administered on Thursday April 8th is Janssen Johnson and Johnson and is a single dose administration.

Individuals must meet New York State eligibility requirements to register for the vaccine.

The COVID-19 vaccine clinic is located at the College Center on North Union Street. Enter the College Center building on the backside of the building. Parking is available on North Clinton Street and North Union Street off the roundabout. View Map / Get Directions.
