The Cattaraugus County Health Department will be hosting COVID-19 vaccination clinics at the Delevan Training Center beginning Wednesday March 24th, 2021 and ending on Thursday March 25th, 2021.
The vaccine being administered is Moderna and requires a second administration of vaccine within 28 days of the initial dose.
Individuals must meet New York State eligibility requirements to register for the vaccine.

The COVID-19 vaccine clinic is located at the Delevan Training Center. Entrance to the training center is off Route 16 into the Delevan Training Center parking lot.
