I, Howard V. VanRensselaer, Chairman, Cattaraugus County Legislature, in accordance with a declaration of a State of Emergency issued on March 15, 2020, and thereby extended lastly on August 8, 2021, and pursuant to Section 25 of the State Executive Law, hereby issue the
following directive(s):

To protect the safety and welfare of the residents and employees of The Pines Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center-Olean and Machias Campuses, all employees, both vaccinated and unvaccinated, will be required to submit to COVID testing twice per week.

This Directive is effective August 30, 2021 and shall remain in effect until rescinded or until the State of Emergency expires, whichever occurs first.

Directive 17-2021 Cattaraugus County, New York

I, Howard V. VanRensselaer, Chairman, Cattaraugus County Legislature, in accordance with a declaration of a State of Emergency issued on March 15, 2020, and thereby extended lastly on August 8, 2021, and pursuant to Section 25 of the State Executive Law, hereby issue the
following directive(s):

Cattaraugus County has been designated by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention as a "red zone", and for the safety and welfare of the County Legislators, County staff, as well as the public attendees of the Legislative Board Meeting to be held at 5:00 p.m. on August 25, 2021, all legislative meeting attendees coming into the County Building are strongly encouraged to wear a mask. Masks will be provided at the entrance to the building.

This Directive is effective August 25, 2021 and shall remain in effect until August 26, 2021.
